This year The George Hotel's offering is a delicate dessert pie that tells the story of home, memory, and new beginnings.

 Noel's Peach, Mango & Coconut Filipino Pie sees a cherished family recipe reinterpreted using locally-sourced ingredients.

 Inspired by Noel's grandmother in the Philippines, who would bake mango and coconut pies using fruit picked fresh from the backyard, it is a recipe rooted in family tradition.

Now based in the Ballarat region, Noel has reinterpreted this cherished recipe using locally sourced ingredients including:

This vegetarian tropical fruit pie is brimming with peach, mango and coconut, and served warm with homemade cheddar cheese ice cream.
